The team running the horseback rides does an excellent job. They treated my family very well and the ride was awesome. This was definetely the highlight of our trip.
Meals are a bit pricy, but there aren't many options around as everything appears to be monopolized by the Ruby group. It would be interesting if a decently serviced and priced restaurant opened nearby. Room was not very clean.
Loved the location!! Minutes to the park entrance and very knowlegeble staff concerning what to do (and when and where).Beds were clean and comfortable, too. We had our own fridge and microwave and packed picnic style for our day of hiking Bryce Canyon. The fireworks where really an unexpected touch and very high-tech! We could've been in Las Vegas or Branson, mo, but we chose Bryce and loved it!
Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly (left-over toiletries from previous guest). Ice machine didn't work about half the time. Could use more restaurant choices. We were glad we brought our own food.
It's location very close to Bryce Canyon National Park and that they gave me a small discount for aaa membership.
The bedside lamp's switch was missing - had to get up from bed and turn it off at the door. The bathtub drain was clogged and did not drain. No refridgerator, microwave, or iron, which Super 8 motels have, for much less cost. Someone smoked outside my room and the room heater brought the smell of smoke into my room. I was glad to check out, but did not have an opportunity to tell the management of the maintenance problems so they could fix them before the next guest used the room. The office was closed. I will not stay there again.
the location can not be beaten! Is next to Bryce Canyon so could not be better. The hotel reception closes early so best be on time to check in (6pm) This may be seasonal? Do take part in the cowboy dinner at the Ebenezer bar & grill opposite the hotel =a great evening activity! We had to warm our room because of the cold nights up in the mountains (May) For other services best go to Ruby's Inn and the general store next to it. The indoor pool at Ruby's Inn may be used by customers of Bryce View Lodge! No breakfast available- breakfast buffet at Ruby's = rather overpriced!
no breakfast available & reception area closed at night
great location, just outside the park, room is good too.
Friendly reception even though I arrived late at night. The location is good - close to the park entrance and various (but limited) facilities at Bryce.
Not great value for the price
The location is super, as the hotel is nearby the park. The restaurant and shop with good choice is 3-5 minutes walk distance. The price is reasonable in spite of the fact that there is National park and food in restaurant was really good cooked. It is possible a queue to enter for dinner.
The location is very near Capitol Reef NP.
A good hotel.
the room ha not been cleened for the second day of our stay
Room had all you need for a one or two night stay. Clean and excellent location next to Bryce Canyon.
Staff was not friendly and treating customers in a factory like way....next...They seemed also there against their will...maybe they should then choose another job.
location near national park and walking access to all adventure amenities, stores, restaurants.
this is a tourist factory, there are no personal touches. the view in the name of hotel is other tourist places not the canyon.
Very close to the entrance of Bryce canyon. Shuttle pick up and drop off point. Walking distance to eateries, Post office and General store.
i was not stay in the lodge but the hotel st. room with queen bed and tub. it is nice room and comfort.
It was very convenient to Bryce National Park.
We have been upgraded to the better hotel near the small lake, it was very good. We really liked the "all you can eat buffet" for dinner.
